Alex has 10 years of Cooking, Food Management and Menu Design Experience with Special Emphasis on Customer Service, Product Design, and Logistics. Cooking allowed Alex to live and work in some of the most culinary diverse areas in the country including Boston, San Francisco, Denver and Miami.

Having cooked in fine dining restaurants and resorts across the country, Alex has been trained in a variety of different cuisines including Contemporary American, Classical and Contemporary French, Japanese and Mediterranean.

Most notably, Alex worked as a personal chef for a family of eight (8).

This experience opened his eyes. He notes;

Today, people are busier than ever before, and without help in the kitchen, their diets, health and free time are sacrificed.

Thus, the idea for Real Meals was born.
